CANCELLATION POLICY

At Glamour by Taylor LLC, Taylor understands that life can get busy and unpredictable although as a solo esthetician she relies on her guests to honor their appointments. To ensure the best possible experience for all of Taylor's wonderful clients she has established these cancellation/late/no show policies below. All Glamour by Taylor LLC appointments require a valid card on file and a 25% deposit to secure the time slot. This card will only be charged for deposits, in the event of a last-minute cancellation, no call, no show or if it's the clients preferred payment method. Cancellations must be made a minimum 24 hours prior to the appointment start time. Failure to cancel 24 hours prior, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will automatically be charged to the card on file. No call no show will incur an automatic 100% charge of scheduled appointment. Glamour by Taylor LLC reserves the right to deny service to a client after repeated abuse of these policies. Appointment Cancellation policy continued: Rescheduling a booked appointment in less than 24 hours is considered a cancellation and requires 50% cancellation fee, plus the 25% deposit to move the appointment to the new date and time. Cancellations can only be made through the Gloss Genius, texting or calling (419)-464-7526. Please note social media messages are not a valid way to cancel an appointment and will be considered a no show. Giftcards are only valid for facials and studio services, they are not valid for bridal services.
